See a doc asap: Any fall where you hit your head can be serious, even if the symptoms are not immediately felt. Sometimes the shock of the fall numbs us to the immediate injury. It is possible to have a concussion or even a life threatening bleed inside the skull days later. So hopefully you saw a doctor. Never feel embarassed to see a doc regarding a head injury. Better to be safe than sorry.
