If u still have itch: Itching could be a resistant yeast, or other bacteria, or an allergic reaction to cream or clothes , or sometiems a vulvar dystrophy or can be herpes as sometimes herpes can cause itching without seeing obvious open sores, hopefully you are seeing a gyn and not a lesser provider since the most obvious treatment did not work.
