Persistent yeast?: These sound like typical yeast symptoms. If the same symptoms as before (or even if they were somewhat different), it sounds like the threatment didn't completely clear it up. A few percent of yeast infections don't respond to usual treatment with an "azole" drug. And it can be difficult to diagnose yeast, even with careful exam, so your doc could have missed it. Ask your doc about retreatment.
