Yes.: The vast majority of babies conceived via ivf are born healthy. Low birthweight and premature birth are more prevalent, but these are the direct result of multiple live births (twins, triplets, etc.) that can occur with ivf. Heart defects, cleft lips and other congenital anomalies are more common in ivf (5% general population vs. ~6.5% for ivf - based on study in the uk).
