Go to see GYN: Go to see gyn and have further evaluation and discussion with your doctor. Your gyn should be able to tell you whether you have endometriosis or not after doing a careful evaluation on you.

Surgery : Is how to know for sure. Usually, laparoscopy is done to see if there is evidence of endometriosis. However, symptoms can often point to the diagnosis without having to have surgery. Symptoms: pelvic pain with severe cramps, especially if they last throughout the whole period, rather than just the first day or two, painful bowel movements, periods that are irregular or heavy, infertility.
