This is very frust-: Rating, i'm sorry...It is hard to say, but the cysts can be physiologic (normal) and will resolve or they can be pathologic (from endometriosis = called endometriomas) and can be painful. It is important to get follow up with your gynecologist about this. Treatment options range from medical therapy to surgey depending on what ultrasound findings show.
