Probably not TMJ: Your TMJ is just medial to the tragus of your ear. Your post did not say how long you have this growth or if it increasing in mass, but it should be evaluated by a physician to determine its cause and the proper course of treatment.

TMJ: Tmj is the joint between lower jaw and temporal bone, and nothing to do to a hard lum in your neck. You need to see a doctor.
