My 25 year old daughter has multiple pulmonary embolisms. they want her inr to be between 2-3. what will it take for that to happen?

Medication: Normally, doctors will place patients on medications such as Coumadin (warfarin) in these situations. Her doctor will draw routine blood work to ensure her inr is in the proper range.
