hi, i have a cough, it's not to bad during the day, however at night i can't seem to stop! help please ?

Sinusitis: Depending on when the cough starts at night it may be that you have a sinus infection. When you lay down the sinuses begin to drain and will trigger a cough because of the post-nasal drip that occurs. If the symptom has been going on for more that 7 to 10 days you should see you doctor.

I agree with Dr. Rooklin. Also suggest trying over the counter anti-histamines like Bendadryl or Zyrtec that might help reduce the post-nasal drip, especially if it's from a viral infection or allergies.
