Yes: However, this is not the healthiest way to lose weight. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to change the way you eat and exercise so that the weight comes off slowly, but surely.

Less Food: Eat more during breakfast , less at night. Walk a lot for exercise, plenty of fluids , more protein , less carbohydrates and sugar and more fruits and vegetables. Good luck!

Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

Please re-assess : your goal. For most people that is too steep a rate of loss. If you want lasing results - slow the pace. Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water /
