Nutrition & exercise: In actuality, we only recommend losing 1-2 pounds/wk so only 4-8 pounds in a month, not 10. Focus on healthy nutrition & regular physical activity in order to achieve 500kcal/d deficit which would lead to 3, 500kcal deficit over a week. 1 pound = 3, 500kcal. Basically, eat less & exercise more. Good luck!
