Do it Safely: In order to loose weight in a short period of time without harming your body, try to avoid all carbs except ones loaded with fiber, avoid added salt or canned food which contains high amounts of salt, exercise every day for an hour, sleep 7-8 hours every night, do fun activities including meditation and hydrate with at least 64 ounces of water and see the benefit. Be simple and consistent.

Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.

If you want to: celebrate both graduation and sustained weight loss - then take it slower than 15 lbs/ 1 month. Eat healthfully & be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training. You can mix & match different kinds of exercise.
