Im 37 years old, my husband and i planning to have a baby, what is the best way to do?

Timed intercourse: Assuming your cycles are normal and regular, start with timed intercourse. This means having intercourse about two weeks after the start of menstrual bleeding. Or you can use an ovulation predictor kit (have intercourse around the time you ovulate). At your age, if you are not pregnant in 6 months of appropriately timed intercourse, have medical evaluation of yourself and your husband.
