Headache and back neck pain for 3 days now. chest soreness from lipitor (atorvastatin) and my gastritis can that be the cause of it?

Possible: If you have had reactions to statin drugs before Lipitor it makes your symptoms more likely drug related. 2 weeks off the statin drugs will help your physician decide. Hold off on tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin type medicines for your headache until you have drug tests done for your liver function.
