In JAN I had bad chest/shoulder pain and went to ER. They said anxiety. Pain in arm continued for a month. Now I can't catch breath, & have itching/burning in upper left part of abs. Heart issue ruled out. Xanax/PPIs don't treat. Is it really stress?

How can you tell difference between heart palpitation and arrhythmia? Occasionally get fluttering heartbeat, not necessarily related to stress or exercise. Has happened through adult life, only lasts for seconds at a time. Feels scary, but goes away.
Had 2 ekgs, stress test, Holter monitor and cta scan..in the last 6 months..still have anxiety over heart palpations, I just started meds, but do I even remotely have anything to worry about?
