Stress test, echo, ekg, heart monitor thyriod checked. only shows a thick heart muscle whatever that means and the monitor shows heart palpatations. on verapamil twice aday still palpatations now what?

Echo ?: We try calcium channel or beta blocker for 4-6 weeks, if no result then may be echocardiogram and trial of different medications . Unfortunately it's very common and not to identify any cause behind the palpitation.
