I am almost 7 weeks pregnant. I am not having many symptoms. Is this ok? Also could drinking plenty of water help with this?

Lucky: Many people have severe early pregnancy symptoms - nausea, fatigue, breast tenderness. While it is not the norm some people have few symptoms. This does not mean there is something wrong. Enjoy!
