For the past 2 months when i get my hands in water, even for 5-10min, my hands prune extremely bad. after getting out of water it returns to normal quickly. i drink plenty of water and dont really have any other symptoms. what could be the cause?

This happens normally when water penetrates superficial layers of skin. It happens to everyone. There is no "cause" except being a normal human being! It's nothing to worry about.
