It is a sneaky killer, because there may be little warning and it can be fatal. In general if there are neurological signs and symptoms seeking neurological diagnostic assessment for these is wise. If there is suspicion and mra or other neurodiagnostic tesitn woule be appropriate.

Usually none: Most are asymptomatic for most of the duration, even after identified. Once symptomatic thy should be fixed! back pain early satiety if quite large may press on stomach. Pain with expansion- rupture.
