What symptoms would someone with a 2 cm aneurysm have?

Depends on location: Whether you would have any symptoms from a 2 cm aneurysm depends on where it is located. In most locations., foe example the chest or abdomen., there would be no symptoms. However, if it were in the popliteal artery behind the knee, it could cause swelling in the leg. A 2 cm intracranial aneurysm would be considered quite large and would probably cause some type of neurologic symptoms.
