Depends: Often none, but can cause chest pain, back pain, arm pain, shortness of breath and even sudden death if ruptures.

May be none: As expands may give chest wall discomfort. With internal tear, will cause lightening like pain. Can embolize thrombus rarely. May be found on x-ray, ct scan, MRI etc and be unsuspected.
