Ruptured aneurysm lead to severe headache, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness and headache. It can also cause stroke like weakness and sometimes seizures.

Worst headache : Unfortunately, the most common symptom of aneurysms in the brain is when they rupture, which is often life threatening. Certain aneurysms can cause eye pain, for example, prior to rupture which can bring them to your attention sooner.
