NO not advisable: If the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is causing problems like that u need to see a derm for anti- acne meds or get teh Mirena (levonorgestrel) removed as there are many pills that do not cause acne , u cannot take both- too much hormone would be in your body- not safe.
