Maybe,maybe not: Breast reduction surgery is likely to cut/disrupt the normal pathways milk would normally travel in the breast.Depending on the type and extent of the procedure, breast feeding may or may not be possible.Likewise, any change in the breast after pregnancy and or breastfeeding are hard to predict. Transient increases in size are usually ost after weaning.
