Why does my ankle click so loud people get scared x-ray normal, blood test anaemia?

Maybe normal: A loud click could be a sign of a problem, especially if it is new or started with an injury or is associated with pain. However, many people have clicks in various joints without ever having a problem with those joints. I just think of these as "musical joints.".

Have it evaluated.: Locking and clicking are signs of soft tissue or cartilaginous damage. This needs to be evaluated and treated by a specialist to possibly prevent future complications.
