Ive been experiencing hair thinning and loss for over a year. i used to have very thick hair. all blood tests come back normal. i do have lichen planus on wrists ankles leg arm. could that be the cause? i dont want to take rogainefor the restoflife?

Lichen planus can cause hair loss, as well as stress medications, and diet. You can use a corticosteroid ointment or cream on your body surfaces, but for the best long term treatment consult a dermatologist for exam and treatment.
