Re-check: According to the legend you are a male so lack of pregnancy did not need to wait for laboratory confirmation. However, if you are a female or asking on behalf of someone.... Both tests are a little early to be definitive. Pregnancy test should be repeated in 1 week and HIV in a few weeks and again at 3 and 6 months. Be safer in the future. Tests and anxiety not worth it.
