HIV/pregnancy: Once a pregnant female is diagnosed with HIV, she be place on antiviral and plasma HIV RNA levels of pregnant women should be monitored every 2 to 4 weeks until undetectable and then every 3months throughout the pregnancy. Kindly discuss with your obstetrician. Good luck.
