Ovarian hormone production may have increased the estrogen production, and with an "LH of 20", the sudden drop prior to ovulation may cause symptoms similar to those in actual menopause. The LH level may simply reflect ovulation, and the FSH level is normal. Ask your GYN physician about low dose oral bcps, which will stop ovarian hormone production and lessen your symptoms.
