No: White nail polish is not formulated for oral use. It will not adhere in a moist environment, it is toxic, and it can damage your oral soft tissue . Do not use in oral environment. No: If you could get it to stick on the teeth it would only cover over the color on the tooth, not turn it white. It would not stay on the tooth. Also, you should not put that in the mouth, as there are likely some components which might be toxic. See your dentist for a tooth whitening consult.

Turns nails white...: ... But not your teeth. Do not try this. Use a store bought product that is meant for whitening your teeth, or to really get the job done correctly, visit your dentist.
