Not really: Chips on the edges of your teeth are very hard to restore easily with a long lasting restoration. Composite material can be bonded, and it looks great when first placed, but tends to chip and break off over a short period of time since it is subject to major occlusal forces. Veneers are much stronger, but are expensive in comparison and may be overkill for small incisal defects.

Easily, & expensive: Very easy for the dentist to fix the enamel wear and uneven biting surfaces of the damaged teeth. However, according to the AGD, people who bite their nails pay an average of $4K-5k in additional dental bills over their lifetime.

Yes!: Yes, the edges of teeth that are worn or cracked can be fixed very easily. Your dentist may recommend bonding or veneers to fix the teeth. However, if the nail biting habit is not corrected the fixes will most likely fail, chip or crack.
