Get an exam ASAP: Here i assume that you mean that you have lost vision in the left field of vision of the left eye. This could be anything from a retinal detachment to a stroke, and an immediate exam is required to make a diagnosis and start treatment. If you mean you can't see the white of the eye when looking at it in the mirror, then this too would require an eye exam to diagnose, though not quite as urgent.
