Got my eyes checked.its -1.00.axis left 0.25 and axis rite 0.75. dont know what it means.but i see the floor a little slanted.did i give a wrong test?

Eye exam: Lee, the -1.00 is the strength of the lens in Diopters. It is how much the lens bends the light (in or out) to focus it on the back of your eye correctly. The axis has to do with a slight astigmatism you have. Your corneas are not perfect spheres. The axis tells the lens maker to put a little cylinder in your lens at a specific axis to correct your astigmatism. No worries. Hope this helps
