Urgent issue: You need to see a doctor ASAP. If you can not seen in one side and having neuromuscular issue on that side it is consider serious issue. It could be Belll's palsy. With Bell's Palsy you will have hard time closing your eye which will make your eye dry and blurry. You will need a full exam and MRI of your Brain with contrast. Good luck and do not wait.
