How long do you have with advanced stage 4 liver cirrhosis? how many stages are there?

Variable: The prognosis of cirrhosis is variable depending on the etiology, severity and presence of complications. Other underlying health factors can also play a role. Extent of cirrhosis can be classified in different ways. Staging describes the extent of scarring and fibrous tissue that have replaced the normal liver. Liver transplant is considered at this stage. When you say stage 4 cirrhosis--it is a confusing term since the europeans use a different classification where stage 4 of cirrhosis means cirrhosis with signs of liver failure that is much worse than stage 4 of fibrosis.
