Probably: Most acne scars are very small. If this thing had ruptured, there would have been a scar as well. Wherever healing takes place -- and the red is early-developing scar tissue -- scarring is inevitable. Several hollywood leading men actually cultivated acne scars to look tougher, and many leading women have some obvious ones as well.
