Why is he not sleepy: Find out why your child is not sleeping well before you attempt to medicate him. Lack of sleep higiene causes many sleeping difficulties in kids. Make sure your child is able to self soothe in order to go to sleep and make his sleeping space only for sleep. Take tv´s out of the room, and let your chils "wind" down for 30 min before you want himto fall asleep. Have a routine and be consistent.
