how does one alleviate the pain from fibromyalgia?

May try this : (1) learn yoga breathing exercise (2) improvement in sleep try to sleep 10pm to 6am (3) if associated insomnia use sleep restrictive therapy and sleep hygiene. (4) analyze mental and physical triggers and avoid. (5) if symptoms of sleep apnea - get evaluated. (6) healthy diet, high fiber, plenty of fluids, regular bm (7) minimize caffine, chocolate, tomattos, acidic & sour foods (8) f/u with md.
