Treat causal factors: ? how to treat fibromyalgia pain. Approved meds (non-opiates) treat FM pain. Helpful opiates "officially" discouraged & most doctors avoid. Current speculative unproven theory says sufferers evolve brain pain-recognition center reset. Childbirth, obesity, soft tissue injury, weakened state (prolonged inactivity) & hypermobility potentiate symptoms. Are these the causes to remit for a cure?
