What are some other treatment options after having a 3 tympanoplasty operations?

Depends: If the ear drum perforation is small, an option is observation. The other is a tympanoplasty with a ventilation tube because you may need the flow of air through your ear drum. Finally, possibly having it performed by an otologist/neurotologist whose specialty is just the ear.
