No: That would more commonly be the sign of some type of trauma or an increased pressure in the eye. This can be from something as benign as vomiting or coughing or could be related to something more serious. It should be evaluated by a medical provider.

Autism: Blood in eye does not relate to autism. It could be sub conjunctival haemorrhage.
