Been feeling really nauseous since this afternoon. stomach hurts, though lessens if i lie in fetal position. nausea worsens with drinking water. help?

Well: Try some mylanta and zantac (ranitidine). You could have any number of issues. If iget low abdominal pain with a fever u need to go in but most nausea, just as it has for everyone, throughout history, will generally pass. Good luck.

See a physician: Could be anything from simple stomach flu to appendicitis, bilary colic, diverticulitis, pancreatitis. Pls consult a physician.

Go to the ER: This could be something serious and you should be checked sooner than later.
