Possibly reflux: Common symptoms of acid reflux include hearburn (burning feeling in the chest), bloating, as well as throat symptoms (hoarse voice, feeling like you have to gulp twice to swallow something, feeling like something is stuck in your throat). How much caffeine do you drink? Do you eat a lot of spicy foods? Take a look online and see if your dietary habits are putting you at risk for acid reflux.
