Can a colonoscopy disrupt abdominal or chest muscles? have been experiencing left side sore-discomfort, on-off pain since a colonoscopy 5 days ago.

Abdominal pain: More likely there was a stretching or irritation of the lining of the colon. Less likely is diverticulitis or a micro perforation. Without fever or persistent pain, the discomfort should subside over the next few days.
