A member asked:

Do people with smaller noses more prone to sinus blockage problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No.: When a person suffers with recurrent or chronic sinus problems, there are generally issues with narrowing or obstruction of the drainage pathways - these are inside the nose. This is independent of what the outside of the nose looks like.
