Nose fx: It's very well possible if it has not been fixed correctly and now has caused obstruction in the nose.

It's Possible: The fracture of the nose can be problematic especially if it is displaced or "out of alignment". When this happens their may be a permanent change in the structure leading to sinus problems such as deviation that may cause or contribute to sinusitis or breathing thru the nose. If there is obvious deformity or significant swelling, have it checked by your physician or an ENT specialist. Good luck.

Nasal fracture: Hello. Yes indeed a fractured nose can cause problems including sinusitis. When a force is delivered to the nose, it can cause the anatomy to change and thus alter the inner workings. See your ENT doctor for an evaluation.

Yes: Yes, a fractured nose can result in a fractured septum which can obstruct sinus drainage resulting in a sinus problem.
