Unlikely: But, some antidepressants that affect serotonin can cause restless legs as a side effect.

Possibly: Rls can occur by itself or be a symptom of low iron (which can be common in menstrating women) have your iron and blood counts checked. Rls can lead to poor sleep which can lead to depression and fatigue.
