Depression symptom: Fatigue is a very common symptom of depression and given it started 6 months ago, it is more likely a reflection of your illness rather than a reaction to medication. However, if you have not already, it is important to discuss your fatigue with your primary care physician so he or she can work with you to rule out other potential causes, such as thyroid disease.
