How to tell if i am suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome?

Severe fatigue > 6 m: Cfs is profound fatigue with constellations of other symptoms for 6 months or more. Medical workup is generally negative. Other symptoms may be post exertion malaise after adequate rest, unrefreshing sleep, memory changes, muscle ache, joint symptoms, new onset headache, tender lymphnodes. Sometimes cfs is associated with fibromyalgia. Get medical help as needed.
