Chronic fatigue.: CFS is a diagnosis of exclusion, which means other issues need to be ruled out. Tests include bloodwork for thyroid, vitamin levels, liver functions, blood sugar, celiac disease, anemia. As well, sleep study, abdominal ultrasound. If you're worried about GI pathology, add an EGD and colonoscopy.
