Several : No cure available, but these meds may help: early memory issues: donepezil, or medical foods, cerefolin-nac or the fuel, axona. Later, try Exelon patch, namenda, galantamine, (galantamine hydrobromide) and combinations work best. Since process advances, need a geriatrician to closely follow over time.
